By downloading, installing, or using The Soundtrack of Us ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This app is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this agreement and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, these Terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
The Soundtrack of Us is a music-based social party game where players answer questions by selecting songs. The App provides song search, multiplayer gameplay, and playlist creation features.
You may create a profile using Apple Sign In or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information and for all activities under your account.
The App offers a 7-day free trial with full access for new users, followed by premium subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries.
You may create custom questions and chat messages. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the App. You agree not to create content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws.
Song search results, previews, and metadata are provided by Apple's iTunes Search API. We do not host or distribute music content. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube redirect to those third-party services.
When using remote multiplayer and chat features, you agree to treat other players with respect. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who engage in harassment, abuse, or other inappropriate behavior.
The App, including its design, code, question packs, and branding, is owned by The Soundtrack of Us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
