We collect information you provide directly, including your display name, avatar selection, and game activity. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier but do not access your email unless you choose to share it.
We use your information to provide and improve the app experience, including managing your profile, game history, and multiplayer sessions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Song searches are processed through Apple's iTunes Search API. We do not store your search queries. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube are deep links that open those services directly.
When you use remote multiplayer, your display name and chat messages are shared with other players in your game room. Chat messages are stored temporarily on our servers and deleted when the game room expires.
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store using Apple's StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Your profile, game history, custom questions, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Remote multiplayer data is stored on our servers only during active game sessions.
You can delete all your data at any time through the Profile screen's "Delete Account" option. This permanently removes your profile, game history, custom questions, and subscription data from your device.
The Soundtrack of Us is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
